is made purely from rapeseed grown in Germany. Its nutty-seedy taste makes it ideal for many uses. Rapekernel oil has no cholesterol and contains valuable Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids.
Because it consists of 66 % simple unsaturated fatty acids and 27 % polyunsaturated fatty acids, it is the ideal oil for use in the kitchen and is expressly recommended by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung (German Nutritional Association) because of its excellent composition of fatty acids.
Can be used for salads, dips, marinades, for frying and cooking. Rapekernel oil can be heated to 160° C.
