vita extra virgin olive oil
First grade – obtained directly from olives exclusively by mechanical means. The typical olive green colour as well as the mild, fruity taste and the beneficial fatty acid composition are characteristic.
Below +6 C° olive oil freezes and becomes flaky without quality influence. At room temperature, however, the oil becomes clear again.
Suitable for: Extra virgin olive oil is particularly suitable for salads, raw vegetables, fish, grilled marinades and for steaming.
