vita cold-pressed sesame oil
is produced from selected sesame seeds in a gentle cold pressing process. Known from Asian cuisine, it is characterised by its pleasantly mild, nutty, seedy taste.
Due to the high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, sesame oil should only be heated carefully. Slight turbidity and deposits are a sign of the natural character and do not represent an impairment in quality.
Suitable for: Asian cuisine uses sesame oil for wok dishes, mushrooms, noodles, rice, vegetables, dressings and salads.
